Eastbourne Urban Property - Wellington

EASTBOURNE WELLINGTON PROJECT - PHOTOS OF ART WORK

LANDSCAPE PROJECTS - EASTBOURNE WELLINGTON

This was one of my most favourite projects when I was living in Wellington working for a local company, The brief was to work with the site and revamp the whole property, working with local Councils as next door was a Reserve and many little blue penguins lived there so this was NO go digging and that area.
The Clients loved native and coastal vegetation as being so close to Wellington Harbour, and also they were very interested to have some artistic sculpture placed within the garden areas of there property.
Hence the Huge 3 metre sea horse place within the native foliage at the front of the house and gate posts to the waters edge designed by the owners brother.
The Gate however was designed by a local Wellington Artist.

THE BRIEF - THE PLAN

- We meet and discuss a brief. Measurements and Photos of your property will be taken and a site plan will
be obtained either from you the client or the local council.

- A contract will then be drawn up to engage our services. This will outline the price, and exactly what
services you are getting for that price. Perhaps your garden does not need a full makeover but you would
like a few alterations and concepts for these alterations made . With escape we will always let you know
exactly what you are getting and keep in touch with you every step of the way .

- A workflow will then be discussed; i.e a timeframe for the job and a production plan. Together we will set
dates for the job to be worked on and completed by.

- Now that all of the dates are set we will begin to work on concept's and meet with you to show these
concept's in there early stages. At this time we will get from you more detailed information such as timber,
tiles and plant's that you would like in the design. Remember it's all about what you like and how you want
your outdoor escape to look.

- A set of completed and professionally printed drawings/3d visual's will be produced and handed to you.

- From here you will make a decision on who to engage to turn these plan's into reality. We can advise
on this.

- If you wish to engage our project management services we can discuss this further. The main aim is to
get your ideas first and foremost. We will then come up with the plan's and within these plans provide you
with as much information as possible. This process will guarantee your satisfaction in working with us and
help you to enjoy the development of your garden from the initial brief to the fully realised design.
